Automatic Disposable Mask Production Line This is an automatic production line for disposable face masks, which consists of a mask body production machine and two cotton band production machines.The main automation processes include the coil material feeding, mask folding and compression welding, nose bridge strip feeding, mask forming and cutting, ear band feeding, ear band welding, ear band finishing, and finished products stacking, etc.

    2. Automatic KN95 Mask Production Line The full-automatic production line for producing KN95 face masks made using non-woven fabrics and Melt-blown fabric with 3~6 layers. The main automation processes include the coil material feeding, nose bridge line feeding, mask knurling ultrasonic welding, ear tape ultrasonic welding, mask folding forming, mask edge ultrasonic welding and mask die cutting, etc.
