In 2017, we designed whole assembly line for Huawei's high-end smartphone products. The products have high value and the customer had high requirement on the assembly line, for example, the FPY must be higher than 98.5% with a required screw fastening speed and accuracy, the machine should be equipped with functions of automatic testing and screw re-fastening.

We customized the equipment according to the customer requirements and tested it at their factory. After evaluation, the customer signed a cooperation agreement with our company. The equipment met all the required technical indicators and performed steadily, which has been highly praised by our customer. Due to this, our company becomes Huawei's designated supplier.

Tospo started to cooperate with us since 2010.

We designed the process, technics, equipment of the assembly line wholly based on the existing products. Firstly, we disassembled and analyzed the product structure and the manual assembly process, and confirmed the processes that can be automatized. After that, we provided the whole process flow chart and all technical materials and got approved by the customer. Finally, we successfully completed the equipment delivery and installation.

Till now, the production line has been running normally. Tospo has signed a long-term contract with us.

Zhihong Photo-Electric started to cooperate with us since 2018. They produce large LED screens which need to place SMD LED on them.

This LED product features large size, which has high technical requirements on SMD placement, including volume to be dispensed, dispensing speed, LED distance and placement accuracy. We considered many factors based on our experience and designed flowchart according to the production requirements.

Finally, the assembled production line met the production requirements and placement accuracy required by the customer. According to the customer feedback, the equipment works well and our customer is very satisfied with it.
